Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic Senior Account Executive – WiFi Services to join our rapidly growing field sales team. This role is focused on expanding our residential and small‑business WiFi solutions through door‑to‑door outreach, strategic marketing initiatives, and strong customer relationship management. The ideal candidate is a self‑starter who thrives in a target‑driven environment, enjoys interacting with diverse clients, and is comfortable navigating urban and suburban neighborhoods on a motorbike.
Responsibilities
- Conduct field visits and door‑to‑door presentations to generate qualified leads for WiFi service packages.
- Develop and execute localized marketing strategies, including promotional events, flyers, and digital outreach, to boost brand awareness.
- Maintain a detailed pipeline in the CRM system, updating prospect information, follow‑up actions, and sales forecasts on a daily basis.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets by converting prospects into active subscribers and upselling additional services.
- Collaborate closely with the technical support and installation teams to ensure smooth hand‑over and timely service activation.
- Provide accurate quotations, negotiate contract terms, and handle objections with a consultative approach.
- Gather market intelligence on competitor offerings, pricing, and promotional tactics to inform continuous improvement.
- Participate in regular training sessions, product briefings, and team meetings to stay current on technology trends and sales best practices.
- Report key performance metrics to senior management, highlighting successes, challenges, and opportunities for growth.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent (Package C candidates are welcome).
- Age range: 18 – 40 years.
- At least 1 year of experience in sales, field marketing, or customer acquisition; fresh graduates with strong motivation are also encouraged to apply.
- Possession of a valid motorbike and ability to ride safely for daily field operations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build trust and rapport quickly.
- Target‑oriented mindset, strong negotiation capabilities, and a high degree of personal accountability.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Adaptability to fast‑changing market conditions and willingness to learn new sales tools and data‑driven techniques.
- Basic understanding of customer needs, data handling, and technical aspects of WiFi products is a plus.
