Introduction
We are seeking a motivated Koordinator Lapangan Ekspedisi for our Rancaecek 2 Distribution Center (DC). This pivotal role supports the day‑to‑day operations of a high‑volume warehouse that handles pharmaceutical and consumer goods destined for nationwide distribution. Working closely with the logistics team, the coordinator ensures that sorter staff are recruited, trained, and managed effectively while maintaining strict compliance with BPOM (Badan Pengawas Obat dan Makanan) regulations.
The position is full‑time, Monday through Saturday, from 08:00 to 17:00, and offers a dynamic environment where problem‑solving, people‑leadership, and operational excellence are rewarded.
Responsibilities
- Identify staffing needs and actively recruit qualified sorters to meet the operational demand of each shift.
- Conduct onboarding, training, and continuous coaching for sorters, ensuring they understand sorting procedures, safety protocols, and quality standards.
- Maintain open, proactive communication with all sorter personnel, addressing concerns, providing feedback, and fostering a collaborative team spirit.
- Investigate and resolve incidents of fraud, loss, or damage by conducting thorough root‑cause analysis and implementing corrective actions.
- Prepare and submit weekly reports that summarize findings, performance metrics, and actionable recommendations for senior management.
- Coordinate directly with BPOM representatives to guarantee that all warehouse activities comply with regulatory requirements, including documentation, product handling, and audit readiness.
- Monitor sorter attendance, productivity, and key performance indicators (KPIs), adjusting schedules as needed to optimize throughput.
- Collaborate with the warehouse manager on process improvements, technology adoption, and cost‑efficiency initiatives.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Gender: Male (as specified by the client’s operational policy).
- At least 1 year of experience in recruitment, staff supervision, or warehouse operations.
- Proven ability to handle investigations related to loss, damage, or fraud.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with an emphasis on coaching and conflict resolution.
- Familiarity with BPOM regulations and basic knowledge of pharmaceutical handling is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) for reporting and data analysis.
- Ability to work flexible hours and adapt to a fast‑paced environment.
