Responsibilities
- Identify and engage prospective borrowers, conducting outreach activities to introduce Amartha’s micro‑loan programs.
- Provide on‑site economic counseling and capacity‑building support to member households, helping them develop sustainable business plans.
- Perform thorough field surveys and feasibility analyses of loan applications, ensuring compliance with Amartha’s underwriting policies and risk‑management procedures.
- Manage the full collection cycle, including timely reminders, negotiation of repayment schedules, and resolution of delinquency issues.
- Maintain accurate daily reports on prospecting activities, loan disbursements, and collection outcomes using Amartha’s digital tracking system.
- Collaborate closely with the regional operations team, sharing insights from the field that can improve product design and outreach strategies.
- Participate in community events and local partnership meetings to strengthen Amartha’s brand presence and trust within the target area.
- Continuously monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age: 18‑30 years (maximum 33 years acceptable for experienced candidates).
- All genders are welcome; female candidates are highly preferred.
- Own reliable motorized transportation for daily field visits.
- Strong personal integrity, honesty, meticulous attention to detail, and a disciplined work ethic.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Resilience and toughness to work independently in diverse field conditions.
- Basic analytical abilities to assess borrowers’ financial viability and conduct risk assessments.
- Team‑player mindset with a willingness to share knowledge and support peers.
