Introduction
Kei Water is a leading supplier of packaged drinking water, large water gallons, and LPG gas in the Bandung metropolitan area. We are looking for a dedicated Motorcycle Courier to join the Pengiriman Barang (Goods Delivery) division and ensure fast, safe delivery of packages, documents, water gallons, and LPG cylinders to our valued customers.
Responsibilities
- Pick up and deliver orders of bottled water, gallons, and LPG cylinders to residential and commercial customers across the Bandung municipality.
- Verify each shipment against the dispatch list, ensuring accurate quantities, correct product type, and proper documentation.
- Handle the loading and unloading of heavy items (up to 15 kg), using proper lifting techniques to maintain safety.
- Plan optimal delivery routes each day, taking traffic patterns and customer time windows into account to meet the promised delivery windows.
- Maintain clear communication with the dispatch team, reporting any delivery issues, returns, or customer feedback promptly.
- Inspect the condition of the motorbike (2‑wheel or 3‑wheel) before and after each shift, performing routine checks on brakes, lights, and fuel levels.
- Adhere to all road safety regulations and company safety protocols, especially when transporting LPG cylinders.
- Complete end‑of‑day paperwork, including delivery confirmations, return forms, and any incident reports.
- Assist with occasional inventory checks at the warehouse, ensuring stock accuracy for water gallons and LPG supplies.
- Provide courteous, professional service to customers, answering basic product questions and confirming receipt of goods.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMP/MTS or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of proven experience in motorbike or three‑wheel vehicle delivery, preferably handling bulk items such as water gallons or LPG.
- Valid Indonesian KTP (identity card) and a clean driving record.
- Male candidates are preferred as per current operational guidelines.
- Strong physical condition with the ability to lift and carry heavy items repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Excellent knowledge of the Bandung municipal area, including major streets, residential complexes, and commercial zones.
- Effective communication skills for interacting with customers, teammates, and supervisors.
- Highly organized with the ability to prioritize multiple deliveries and manage time efficiently.
- Detail‑oriented: capable of verifying order contents and documenting any discrepancies accurately.
- Commitment to safety: familiar with handling LPG cylinders and following all transport safety procedures.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends, with the possibility of overtime when needed.
