To support this growth, we are seeking a motivated Administrator Online – Data & Operations who thrives in a fast‑paced, technology‑driven environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily online order processing, ensuring accurate entry of customer data, product details, and shipment information.
- Maintain and update product listings across major marketplaces (e.g., Tokopedia, Shopee, Bukalapak), optimizing titles, descriptions, and images for maximum visibility.
- Coordinate with the sales and logistics teams to track order fulfillment, handle exceptions, and resolve customer inquiries promptly.
- Perform routine data cleaning, validation, and backup procedures to protect the integrity of the company’s database.
- Generate periodic reports on sales performance, inventory levels, and operational KPIs using spreadsheet and BI tools.
- Assist in creating simple graphic assets and short promotional videos; basic proficiency in design software is considered a plus.
- Conduct live product demonstrations or unboxing videos, speaking confidently in front of the camera to engage the audience.
- Support the development and implementation of standard operating procedures (SOPs) for online administration.
- Collaborate with the IT department to troubleshoot software issues and recommend process improvements.
- Provide excellent customer service through phone, email, or chat, reflecting the company’s brand values of honesty and responsibility.
Requirements
- Male candidates only (as specified by client policy).
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- No strict age limit; candidates should demonstrate maturity and professionalism.
- Prior experience as an Online Admin, Online Sales Representative, or in a similar role is highly preferred.
- Strong communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; clear spoken language for on‑camera presentations.
- Proficient in computer operations, especially Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and basic database management.
- Familiarity with major Indonesian marketplaces; understanding of platform policies and seller tools.
- Basic knowledge of graphic design and video editing software (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or simple video editors) is a distinct advantage.
- Demonstrated honesty, accountability, and a proactive, initiative‑driven attitude.
- Ability to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00, at our Padalarang office.
