We are seeking a dynamic Staf Pemasaran dan Pengembangan Merek (Marketing and Brand Development Staff) to drive sales growth, expand our outlet network, and uphold the brand’s reputation across the Denpasar‑Tabanan region.
Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales and revenue targets within the designated territory.
- Prepare and submit periodic reports covering orders, stock levels, promotional activities, and visit outcomes.
- Conduct market analysis and area mapping to identify and prospect new outlet opportunities.
- Plan and execute regular, scheduled visits to existing and potential retail outlets.
- Increase the number of New Outlet Orders (NOO) while maintaining the performance of Active Outlets (OA) in line with company goals.
- Build and nurture long‑term relationships with customers, ensuring high satisfaction and repeat business.
- Monitor the implementation of sales strategies and oversee accounts receivable (AR) to guarantee compliance with corporate policies.
- Develop detailed area work plans, track progress, and report results to the Supervisor or National Sales Manager.
- Utilise digital sales platforms and supporting tools for accurate data entry, forecasting, and performance tracking.
- Collaborate with internal marketing, logistics, and product teams to align promotional efforts with market demand.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; preference for graduates in Marketing, Management, or Business Communication.
- At least 2 years of proven sales experience in building‑materials or FMCG sectors.
- Maximum age: 35 years.
- Residency within Denpasar, Tabanan, or surrounding areas.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned demarcated zone.
- Possession of a personal vehicle for field visits.
- Strong command of digital sales systems and ability to manage sales data efficiently.
- Demonstrated ability to work under target‑driven environments, focusing on both revenue and outlet growth.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self‑motivated with a resilient mindset and a proactive work ethic.
