Introduction
We are seeking a diligent and detail‑oriented Pengendali Stok dan Inventaris Gudang (Warehouse Stock and Inventory Controller) to join our growing logistics team in Sawangan. The role is central to ensuring that all raw materials, finished goods, and ancillary supplies are accurately tracked, stored, and distributed in accordance with company standards and customer expectations. Responsibilities
- Maintain real‑time inventory records using Excel and the company’s inventory management system.
- Conduct daily stock counts, reconcile physical counts with system data, and investigate any discrepancies.
- Coordinate with procurement, production, and sales teams to forecast material needs and prevent stock‑outs.
- Prepare and issue regular inventory reports, including aging analysis, turnover rates, and variance summaries for senior management.
- Manage inbound and outbound logistics, ensuring that goods are received, labeled, stored, and dispatched according to SOPs.
- Implement and monitor FIFO (First‑In‑First‑Out) or FEFO (First‑Expired‑First‑Out) rotation methods to minimize waste and obsolescence.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by suggesting process enhancements, automation opportunities, and best‑practice benchmarks.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, proper handling of hazardous materials, and adherence to company policies.
- Assist in periodic physical inventories and annual audits, providing documentation and explanations for any variances.
- Train and mentor junior staff on inventory procedures, data entry accuracy, and proper warehouse housekeeping.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Male candidates only (as per current operational requirements).
- At least 1 year of hands‑on experience in warehouse inventory control or stock management.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and data visualization techniques.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data trends and make actionable recommendations.
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining data integrity.
- Effective communication abilities to liaise with cross‑functional teams and external suppliers.
- Ability to work independently under pressure while meeting tight deadlines.
- Willingness to work on-site in Sawangan, with a work schedule of Monday to Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
