We are seeking a dynamic General Affair & Administration Manager to oversee the efficient operation and upkeep of our facilities. Responsibilities
- Lead the day‑to‑day management of all building facilities, ensuring optimal functionality, safety, and comfort for employees and visitors.
- Develop and execute preventive maintenance programs for HVAC, electrical systems, plumbing, and structural components.
- Oversee the operation and servicing of cooling systems, including regular performance checks and coordination with external technicians.
- Utilize AutoCAD to create, update, and review building layouts, renovation plans, and space‑utilization projects.
- Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and monitor service level agreements for cleaning, security, landscaping, and equipment maintenance.
- Prepare and manage the annual facilities budget, tracking expenses against forecasts and identifying cost‑saving opportunities.
- Coordinate with HR and safety teams to ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations, fire codes, and environmental standards.
- Implement and maintain an integrated facilities management system to streamline work orders, asset tracking, and reporting.
- Lead a small team of technicians and administrative staff, providing coaching, performance feedback, and professional development opportunities.
- Support corporate events, office relocations, and space‑planning initiatives to align with business growth strategies.
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Architecture, or a closely related discipline.
- At least 1 year of hands‑on experience in facilities or general affairs management; 4 years of experience in a similar technical role is preferred.
- Proficiency in building systems management, including HVAC, electrical distribution, and structural maintenance.
- Strong command of AutoCAD for drafting and reviewing facility layouts.
- Familiarity with accounting or financial management systems to handle budgeting and expense reporting.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
