Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Consultant to join our growing team in Makassar. This client‑facing role is pivotal for expanding our customer base in the beauty, fitness, and personal care sectors. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, nurturing existing relationships, and driving revenue through consultative selling and exceptional service delivery.
Responsibilities
- Identify and prospect potential customers through cold calling, networking events, social media outreach, and referrals to promote our treatment services.
- Maintain a robust pipeline of leads and conduct regular follow‑up activities to convert prospects into satisfied clients.
- Perform thorough consultations, understand client needs, recommend appropriate treatments, and address any concerns or complaints with professionalism.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets, continuously monitoring performance against goals.
- Prepare accurate sales reports, including forecasted revenue, conversion rates, and client feedback, for senior management review.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product development teams to share market insights and help shape promotional campaigns.
- Participate in ongoing training sessions to sharpen both hard (product knowledge, CRM tools) and soft (communication, negotiation) skills.
- Represent the company at local events, trade shows, and community activities to enhance brand visibility.
- Uphold company standards of ethical conduct, ensuring compliance with all regulatory and industry guidelines.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; diploma or higher education in any field is preferred.
- At least 4 years of proven sales experience in beauty, fitness, makeup, or telemarketing environments.
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets consistently.
- Strong active listening and communication skills, with a customer‑centric mindset.
- Professional etiquette, including punctuality, dress code adherence, and respectful interaction with clients and colleagues.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite for reporting and data management.
- Flexibility to work Monday through Saturday, 09:30 – 18:00, with Sundays and public holidays off.
