Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and monitor sales targets, cost control measures (HPP, waste, inventory), and employee productivity metrics across all outlets.
- Oversee a portfolio of stores or branches, ensuring consistent adherence to brand standards, operational procedures, and hygiene regulations.
- Lead, coach, and evaluate store managers and operational staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.
- Resolve team conflicts, address under‑performing staff, and implement corrective action plans to restore outlet performance.
- Conduct regular operational audits, analyze performance data, and generate actionable insights for senior management.
- Coordinate with procurement, marketing, and finance departments to align operational activities with overall business objectives.
- Drive multi‑tasking initiatives such as new store openings, seasonal promotions, and staff training programs.
- Maintain rigorous documentation of operational processes, inventory levels, and financial reporting.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws, health and safety regulations, and internal company policies.
- Act as a problem‑solver, identifying potential bottlenecks before they impact the business and implementing preventive solutions.
Requirements
- Minimum education: S1 (Bachelor’s degree) in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field.
- Age: ≤ 35 years.
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- At least 1–3 years of hands‑on experience in operational management within F&B, restaurant, or multi‑outlet retail environments.
- Demonstrated experience leading store heads, branch managers, or operational teams.
- Preferably experienced in managing multiple outlets simultaneously.
- Strong analytical skills to set and control sales targets, cost structures, waste reduction, and inventory management.
- Excellent conflict‑resolution abilities; capable of handling problematic employees and declining outlet performance.
- Proven coaching and performance‑evaluation expertise, with a focus on developing talent.
- Core personal attributes: integrity, responsibility, discipline, meticulousness, consistency, firmness balanced with humanity, and a genuine problem‑solver mindset.
- Key skills: multitasking, operational management, effective communication, and strategic planning.
- Work schedule: Monday – Saturday, 08:00 – 16:00.
