Introduction

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our restaurant team as a Waitress – Pelayanan Pelanggan Restoran. This position is central to delivering an exceptional dining experience, ensuring every guest feels welcomed, valued, and well‑served from the moment they step through our doors. As a frontline ambassador of our brand, you will play a pivotal role in upholding our reputation for high‑quality food, attentive service, and a warm, inviting atmosphere.

Responsibilities

  • Greet guests promptly and courteously, presenting menus and explaining daily specials.
  • Take accurate food and beverage orders, inputting them into the POS system with attention to detail.
  • Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely delivery of dishes and drinks.
  • Monitor table status, clear used dishes, and reset tables efficiently to maintain a clean dining environment.
  • Provide recommendations on menu items, accommodate dietary restrictions, and upsell complementary items such as desserts or specialty drinks.
  • Handle guest inquiries and resolve minor complaints with professionalism, escalating complex issues to the manager when necessary.
  • Process payments, issue receipts, and ensure accurate cash handling at the end of each shift.
  • Collaborate with team members to support peak‑hour service, including assisting with bussing, stocking supplies, and preparing beverage stations.
  • Adhere to food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards in all service activities.
  • Participate in regular training sessions, staff meetings, and performance reviews to continuously improve service quality.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar customer‑service or hospitality role.
  • All genders are welcome to apply.
  • Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; proficiency in English is a plus.
  • Honest, responsible, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Demonstrated ability to perform under pressure during busy service periods.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
  • Basic math skills for handling payments and change.
  • Flexibility to work Monday through Saturday, from 08:00 to 17:00.
