Responsibilities
- Lead the research, planning, and execution of new salon service concepts, including advanced eyelash extensions and premium hair treatments.
- Collaborate with senior stylists and trainers to develop detailed service protocols, pricing structures, and quality standards.
- Conduct market analysis and competitor benchmarking to identify emerging trends and customer preferences within the beauty sector.
- Oversee pilot testing of new services in selected locations, gather feedback, and refine offerings before full rollout.
- Train and mentor junior staff on new product techniques, ensuring consistent delivery of high‑quality results across all Chapster outlets.
- Maintain detailed documentation of product specifications, SOPs, and performance metrics to support continuous improvement.
- Coordinate with the procurement team to secure necessary materials (e.g., mesh supplies) and manage inventory levels for new service launches.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards while fostering a culture of discipline, honesty, and open communication.
Requirements
- Female candidates, maximum age of 40 years.
- Minimum of 2 years proven experience in a senior salon role (Pro Senior level), with a strong background in hair care and beauty consulting.
- Demonstrated expertise in eyelash extension services (Eyelash +) and a willingness to stay updated on the latest techniques.
- High level of discipline, integrity, and a genuine desire to learn and grow professionally.
- Excellent communication skills, both with clients and internal teams, to ensure clear service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Willingness to relocate or commute from outside the city, as Chapster welcomes candidates from other regions.
- Strong organizational abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications for reporting and scheduling.
