Introduction
We are seeking a motivated and personable Petugas Lapang – Account Officer to join our dynamic team in the Boyolali region. This frontline role is pivotal in building and nurturing relationships with our members and prospective clients across the districts of Ampel, Banaran, Susukan, and Getasan. The successful candidate will act as the face of the company, delivering exceptional service, conducting on‑site visits, and driving membership growth while upholding our commitment to integrity and community development.
Responsibilities
- Maintain strong, trust‑based relationships with existing members and ensure their needs are met promptly.
- Conduct regular on‑site visits to members’ locations to provide personalized assistance, gather feedback, and resolve any issues.
- Perform thorough market surveys to identify potential new members and assess their financial needs.
- Generate and qualify new prospects, expanding the member base through targeted outreach and follow‑up.
- Prepare clear, concise reports on visit outcomes, prospect pipelines, and member satisfaction metrics for senior management.
- Collaborate with internal teams—such as credit, marketing, and operations—to coordinate member onboarding and service delivery.
- Adhere to company policies, compliance standards, and local regulations while representing the organization in the community.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on product offerings, regulatory changes, and best practices in customer relationship management.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; active college enrollment is not permitted.
- Age: 30 years or younger.
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- Must be a practicing Muslim.
- Valid SIM C (motorcycle driver’s license) and personal two‑wheel vehicle for field visits.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Strong adaptability, problem‑solving attitude, and a proactive approach to meeting targets.
- Willingness to start work immediately and commit to a full‑time schedule (Monday‑Friday, 08:00‑17:00).
