Introduction

MyRepublic, a fast‑growing broadband and telecommunications provider, is looking for a dynamic Manajer Sales Lapangan (Direct Sales) to lead its field sales initiatives across Indonesia. In this pivotal role, you will be the face of the brand, bringing high‑speed Wi‑Fi solutions directly to homes and businesses, while fostering lasting relationships with customers. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast‑paced environment, is comfortable with door‑to‑door engagement, and is driven by measurable sales targets.

Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell MyRepublic’s Wi‑Fi and broadband products through proactive door‑to‑door canvassing (canvasing door‑to‑door).
  • Develop and maintain strong, trust‑based relationships with existing and prospective customers, ensuring high satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, tracking performance against KPIs and adjusting tactics as needed.
  • Conduct market research to identify high‑potential neighborhoods, competitor activities, and emerging customer needs.
  • Prepare and present compelling product demonstrations and proposals that highlight the speed, reliability, and value of MyRepublic services.
  • Gather customer feedback, report market insights to the product and marketing teams, and help shape future offerings.
  • Maintain accurate sales records in the CRM system, including lead status, follow‑up actions, and closed deals.
  • Collaborate with technical support to ensure smooth installation and activation processes for new customers.
  • Provide mentorship and on‑the‑job training to junior sales staff or field assistants, sharing best practices and effective sales techniques.
  • Participate in regular sales meetings, present pipeline updates, and contribute ideas for promotional campaigns.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
  • Age: up to 40 years old.
  • Gender: open to all genders.
  • Experience: 0+ years (fresh graduates with strong motivation are welcome).
  • Strong customer‑relationship skills with the ability to listen, empathize, and solve problems.
  • Proven sales analysis capabilities—comfortably interpret data to improve performance.
  • Excellent verbal communication and persuasive presentation abilities.
  • Self‑driven, highly organized, and able to work independently in the field.
  • Physical stamina for extensive walking, traveling across neighborhoods, and carrying sales materials.
  • Basic proficiency with mobile CRM tools and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
