Introduction
We are seeking a proactive and detail‑oriented Koordinator Lapangan Wilayah Yogyakarta to join our dynamic field operations team. This full‑time position is based in the culturally rich Yogyakarta region and involves overseeing on‑site activities, ensuring that project milestones are met, and maintaining clear communication across multiple work locations. The ideal candidate will bring at least one year of coordination experience, a strong leadership mindset, and the ability to solve problems quickly and efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily field operations, providing clear direction and guidance to team members.
- Coordinate work results with project managers to ensure alignment with established targets and deadlines.
- Take full responsibility for the successful completion of assigned tasks, monitoring progress and quality standards.
- Compile and verify attendance records for all personnel across each coverage location, matching staffing levels to client demand.
- Act as the primary point of contact between on‑site crews and headquarters, relaying information promptly.
- Identify potential bottlenecks, conduct root‑cause analysis, and implement corrective actions to keep projects on schedule.
- Prepare regular status reports, highlighting achievements, challenges, and resource needs.
- Foster a collaborative work environment by encouraging open communication and recognizing team contributions.
Requirements
- Male candidates, maximum age of 35 years (all genders may be considered based on local regulations).
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of experience in a coordination or supervisory role, preferably in field‑based projects.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities with a track record of motivating teams.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia.
- Strong analytical skills with the capacity to troubleshoot and resolve operational issues swiftly.
- Proactive, responsive, and able to work under pressure while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
- Availability to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 16:00.
- Technical competencies: control and supervision, coordination of field activities, and basic reporting tools.
