Introduction

We are seeking a dynamic General Human Resources Manager to join our growing organization in a full‑time, on‑site capacity. The ideal candidate will be a detail‑oriented professional with a solid background in corporate legal documentation, HR administration, and basic tax compliance. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with senior leadership, notaries, government agencies, and the finance team to ensure that all corporate legal and personnel processes run smoothly and remain compliant with Indonesian regulations.

The position is open to qualified women candidates who hold at least a bachelor’s degree and possess a minimum of one year of relevant experience. You will play a pivotal part in safeguarding the company’s legal standing, managing employee records, and supporting tax reporting activities, all while contributing to a collaborative and ethical workplace culture.

Responsibilities

  • Legal & Licensing
    • Prepare, review, and file corporate legal documents such as articles of incorporation, amendments, business licences, contracts, and partnership agreements.
    • Liaise with notaries, local government offices, and regulatory bodies to obtain and renew permits, land titles, and property documents.
    • Manage KITAS applications and other immigration‑related paperwork required for foreign staff.
    • Maintain a centralised legal register, monitor expiry dates, and ensure timely renewal of all licences and certifications.
  • Human Resources & Administration
    • Oversee the full employee lifecycle: drafting contracts, onboarding, maintaining personal data, and archiving personnel files.
    • Implement systematic record‑keeping procedures, ensuring data integrity and easy retrieval for audits.
    • Support day‑to‑day HR operations, including leave administration, attendance tracking, and internal communication of policy updates.
  • Tax & Financial Administration
    • Calculate and assist in the preparation of monthly PPh 21 payroll tax filings for employees.
    • Collaborate with the accounting team to verify monthly financial statements, ensuring balance and accuracy.
    • Coordinate the collection and filing of corporate tax documents, supporting quarterly and annual tax compliance.
    • Prepare routine financial and tax reports for management review.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Law, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience handling corporate legal documents, HR administration, or tax support.
  • Proven ability to work with notaries, government agencies, and property registries.
  • Strong understanding of Indonesian corporate law, property documentation, and basic corporate tax principles.
  • Excellent attention to detail, high integrity, and the ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Effective communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is a plus.
  • Self‑motivated with the capacity to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
  • Technical skills: proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel), HRIS basics, and familiarity with digital document management systems.
