Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and continuously update comprehensive itineraries for Bromo tour packages, aligning them with market trends and customer preferences.
- Coordinate all operational logistics, including transportation, jeep allocation, driver scheduling, accommodation bookings, and site visit timings.
- Liaise closely with the sales and administration teams to verify booking details, departure schedules, and any special requests from clients.
- Maintain active communication with external vendors—jeep providers, drivers, homestays, hotels, and local attractions—to confirm availability, negotiate rates, and resolve any issues.
- Prepare operational readiness checks one day prior (H‑1) and on the day of departure (H) to guarantee that all resources are in place.
- Respond swiftly to schedule changes, on‑site challenges, and customer complaints, providing effective and solution‑focused resolutions.
- Compile post‑trip reports, analyze performance metrics, and suggest improvements for future tours.
- Manage high‑volume trip schedules while adhering to strict deadlines, ensuring accuracy in all documentation and financial tracking.
- Utilize CRM tools, budgeting software, and Google Workspace to monitor costs, track budget variances, and maintain transparent records.
Requirements
- Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Tourism, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field; candidates with a background in tourism are strongly preferred.
- At least 1 year of hands‑on experience as a Tour Planner, Tour Operator, or in a similar travel‑operations role.
- In‑depth understanding of tour flow, route planning, visit timing, and on‑ground operational procedures specific to the Bromo region.
- Proven ability to handle large volumes of trips, meet tight deadlines, and maintain meticulous administrative records.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the capacity to work collaboratively across cross‑functional teams.
- Strong analytical abilities for budget analysis, cost control, and financial reporting.
- Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and adept at problem‑solving under pressure.
- Proficiency in CRM platforms, budgeting analysis tools, and Google Docs/Sheets for documentation and reporting.
- Flexible regarding work schedule: Monday to Saturday, 08:00 – 16:00.
