Introduction
PT XYZ Solutions, a leading provider of end‑to‑end IT and networking services in Bali, is expanding its Operations team. We are seeking a motivated Staff Network Operation Center (NOC) & Technical Solutions Engineer to join our dynamic environment. Responsibilities
- Provide first‑line technical support to internal and external clients, ensuring rapid response to network incidents.
- Participate in a rotating standby shift schedule to guarantee 24/7 network availability.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve network connectivity issues remotely using ticketing tools and remote‑desktop utilities.
- Monitor network performance through NOC dashboards, SNMP alerts, and log analysis to pre‑emptively identify potential failures.
- Create, update, and close service tickets in accordance with SLA targets, documenting each step of the resolution process.
- Configure and maintain IP addressing schemes, VLANs, routing protocols, and firewall rules on Mikrotik and Cisco devices.
- Assist in the rollout of network upgrades, patches, and security hardening measures across client sites.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on network health, incident trends, and service level compliance.
- Collaborate with senior engineers to develop standard operating procedures and knowledge‑base articles for the helpdesk team.
- Participate in on‑site visits when required to perform hardware installations, cable testing, and equipment audits.
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Fresh graduate or at least 1 year of hands‑on experience in network operations or technical support.
- Strong foundational knowledge of computer networking concepts (TCP/IP, routing, switching, VPNs).
- Hands‑on experience with Mikrotik devices; MTCNA certification is preferred.
- CCNA certification or equivalent knowledge of Cisco networking equipment is highly valued.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Demonstrated analytical, conceptual, and problem‑solving abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure, prioritize multiple tickets, and maintain a customer‑focused attitude.
- Proficiency in ticketing systems (e.g., Jira, ServiceNow) and remote‑support tools.

- Work schedule: Monday – Friday, 08:00 – 17:00 with on‑call rotation for standby shifts.
