Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive store strategies aimed at increasing customer footfall and enhancing brand visibility.
- Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activity to set realistic sales targets and maximize profitability.
- Lead, train, motivate, and provide continuous feedback to store staff, fostering a culture of accountability and professional growth.
- Oversee daily store operations, including inventory control, visual merchandising, and cash handling procedures.
- Implement and enforce company policies, standard operating procedures, and health‑and‑safety regulations.

Requirements
- Minimum education: S1 (Bachelor’s degree) in Business, Retail Management, or related field; D3/D4 accepted for exceptional candidates.
- At least 1 year of proven experience as a store leader or head of a retail outlet, preferably in the beauty or fashion sector.
- Age not exceeding 40 years.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to adapt presentation style to diverse audiences.
- Proficiency with computers and retail POS systems; comfortable analyzing sales data.
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including evenings and weekends.
- Demonstrated ability to coach staff, manage conflict, and drive continuous improvement.
