Introduction

Adira Syariah is seeking a dynamic and motivated Mitra Sales Force to join our growing team at the Pacitan branch, Jawa Timur. This role focuses on promoting and selling financing solutions for Umrah and Haji Plus packages, serving the needs of pilgrims through direct interaction, phone outreach, social media, and organized events. The successful candidate will act as a trusted liaison between our financial services and the vibrant community of travelers, religious organizations, and corporate partners.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively offer Umrah and Haji Plus financing products to prospective pilgrims via face‑to‑face meetings, telephone calls, and digital platforms.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing travel agencies, ensuring regular visits and collaborative promotion of financing options.
  • Identify and secure partnerships with mosques, community groups, corporate entities, educational institutions, and independent agents to expand sales channels.
  • Plan, organize, and execute promotional events and roadshows at travel fairs, community gatherings, and online webinars.
  • Create engaging social‑media content, including graphics, videos, and copy, to showcase product benefits and drive inbound inquiries.
  • Maintain a detailed pipeline of leads, update CRM records, and provide weekly performance reports to branch management.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes that affect Islamic financing solutions.
  • Adhere to the branch’s working schedule: Monday‑Saturday, 08:00 – 16:00, while demonstrating punctuality and professionalism.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: Diploma (D3) in any field with a GPA of at least 2.75; high school (SMA/SMK) candidates are also considered if they demonstrate strong sales potential.
  • Gender: Open to all, though a preference for male candidates is noted due to specific market dynamics.
  • Prior experience in sales or marketing, especially within the travel, Umrah, or Haji sector, is highly advantageous.
  • Excellent communication and persuasive skills, with the ability to build lasting relationships quickly.
  • Extensive network within religious communities, mosques, or related organizations, enabling rapid market penetration.
  • Proficiency in using social‑media tools, basic graphic design for content creation, and familiarity with CRM software.
  • Strong organizational abilities, self‑motivation, and a results‑oriented mindset.
  • Willingness to be based at the Adira Syariah Tebet branch, with occasional travel to client sites and events.
