Responsibilities
- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing product information and assistance throughout their shopping journey.
- Maintain an attractive and organized sales floor by arranging merchandise, replenishing stock, and ensuring promotional displays are up‑to‑date.
- Execute daily opening and closing procedures, including cash handling, POS reconciliation, and security checks.
- Monitor inventory levels, report low stock situations, and coordinate with the warehouse team for timely restocking.
- Collect and record customer feedback, sales data, and market trends to support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Participate in regular training sessions on product knowledge, sales techniques, and company policies.
- Assist in visual merchandising projects, ensuring brand guidelines are consistently applied across all touch points.
- Collaborate with fellow team members and supervisors to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Provide support during special events, product launches, and seasonal promotions, adapting quickly to changing priorities.
- Uphold health, safety, and hygiene standards in the store environment, including proper handling of merchandise and equipment.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age: 23 years or younger at the time of application.

- Previous experience as a Sales Promotion Girl (SPG) or sales associate is preferred but not mandatory.
- Excellent personal presentation, confidence, and the ability to build rapport quickly with customers.
- Strong communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; additional language abilities are a plus.
- Creative, innovative, and energetic attitude with a positive, optimistic outlook.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating reliability and punctuality.
- Basic proficiency with store management systems and point‑of‑sale (POS) technology.
