Responsibilities

- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of treatment rooms, ensuring compliance with the clinic’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Monitor and replenish dental supplies, track inventory levels, and place orders for materials when needed.
- Accurately record patient information, treatment details, and post‑procedure instructions in electronic medical records.
- Coordinate with front‑office staff to schedule appointments, manage patient flow, and address any administrative queries.
- Prepare treatment trays and materials ahead of each procedure, verifying that all necessary items are available and functional.
- Provide gentle patient education on post‑operative care, oral hygiene practices, and follow‑up appointments.
- Contribute to a calm and professional atmosphere, especially during high‑stress situations, by remaining composed and solution‑oriented.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay current with the latest dental technologies, safety standards, and patient‑care techniques.
Requirements
- Female candidates aged 19–27, unmarried, and residing in the West Jakarta area.
- Minimum education: High School (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- At least one year of hands‑on experience in a dental clinic or similar healthcare setting.
- Impeccable personal presentation: clean, attractive, and neatly groomed.
- Strong sense of responsibility, honesty, attention to detail, and discipline.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure while maintaining high standards of patient care.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on transparent and compassionate interaction.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications such as Microsoft Office and electronic health‑record systems.
