The position offers a structured work schedule from 07:45 – 19:15, with exact days to be confirmed during onboarding. Placement will be aligned with the candidate’s domicile, ensuring a convenient commute.
Responsibilities
- Greet each customer with a warm, courteous demeanor and establish a trustworthy relationship.
- Conduct thorough inspections of pledged items, ensuring compliance with our Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and accurate valuation.
- Process pawn transactions swiftly, maintaining precision in data entry and documentation.
- Handle follow‑up services such as payments, extensions, and loan settlements, providing clear guidance on terms and deadlines.
- Explain loan agreements, interest rates, and redemption conditions in simple language, answering any client questions.
- Maintain up‑to‑date records in the company’s database, ensuring all customer information is secure and confidential.
- Collaborate with the inventory and security teams to verify the safe storage of pledged items.
- Identify opportunities to promote additional services or products, contributing to the branch’s sales targets.
- Adhere to company policies regarding appearance, punctuality, and workplace safety.
- Continuously seek ways to improve service efficiency and customer satisfaction through feedback and training.
Requirements
- Age: Maximum 29 years and 11 months at the time of application.
- Height (minimum): Female 150 cm, Male 155 cm, with proportionate body weight.
- Education: Minimum high school (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree is a strong plus.
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- Strong communication skills and confident interpersonal style.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
