Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including medical history, skin analysis, and aesthetic goals.
- Administer and monitor aesthetic procedures such as facial peels, laser treatments, and injection therapies under the supervision of senior physicians.
- Provide post‑procedure care, including wound management, infection control, and detailed patient education on after‑care protocols.
- Maintain accurate electronic medical records, documenting treatment plans, consent forms, and follow‑up notes.
- Collaborate with dermatologists, cosmetologists, and other health professionals to develop personalized care plans.
- Participate in regular training sessions and workshops, especially the mandatory program in Jakarta, to stay current with the latest aesthetic technologies and safety standards.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, including active STR (Surat Tanda Registrasi) and KTA (Kartu Tanda Anggota) certifications.
- Promote a culture of professionalism, empathy, and confidentiality in all patient interactions.
Requirements
- Age: maximum 28 years (the overall posting allows up to 30 years, but preference is given to candidates ≤28).
- Education: Minimum D3 Nursing; S1 Professional Nursing is highly preferred.
- Licensure: Active STR and KTA that are currently valid.
- Experience: At least 1 year of clinical nursing experience; fresh graduates are welcome if they demonstrate strong motivation.
- Gender: Female candidates only, in accordance with clinic policy.
- Core Skills:
- Beauty consultation and skin‑care treatment planning.
- Proficiency in facial and skin care procedures.
- Solid understanding of cosmetic product ingredients and their clinical applications.
- Fundamental medical nursing competencies, including vital sign monitoring and emergency response.
- Personal Attributes: Attractive professional appearance, honesty, discipline, responsibility, and a genuine passion for aesthetics.
- Willingness to travel to Jakarta for mandatory training sessions.
