Responsibilities

  • Ingredient Preparation: Accurately chop, wash, portion, and organize all food items according to established recipes and safety standards.
  • Cooking Execution: Follow chef instructions to cook dishes, monitor cooking times, and adjust seasoning to ensure consistent flavor and texture.
  • Sanitation & Cleanliness: Maintain a spotless work station, regularly sanitize utensils, equipment, and storage areas, and adhere to the restaurant’s hygiene protocols.
  • Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels, rotate perishable goods, label items with proper dates, and report any discrepancies to the supervisor.
  • Plating & Presentation: Assemble finished dishes with attention to visual appeal, ensuring each plate meets the brand’s presentation standards.
  • Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with chefs, servers, and fellow crew members to ensure smooth service flow, especially during peak hours.
  • Safety Compliance: Observe all food safety regulations, including proper handling of allergens, temperature controls, and emergency procedures.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a kitchen or food‑service environment.
  • All genders are welcome to apply.
  • Strong culinary skills, including basic cooking techniques and knife handling.
  • Ability to work the shift from 07:00 to 16:00 with flexibility for occasional overtime.
  • Excellent time‑management, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude toward maintaining cleanliness.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately.
  • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 kg when necessary.
