Introduction
Adira Finance is seeking a diligent Petugas Penagihan Remedial to join our dedicated team at the Karawang branch in Jawa Barat. This role is pivotal in ensuring the timely collection of overdue accounts receivable (A/R Overdue) and supporting the company’s overall financial health. The successful candidate will operate in a dynamic, target‑driven environment, collaborating closely with internal stakeholders and external clients to achieve collection objectives while upholding the highest standards of professionalism and integrity.
Responsibilities
- Manage the end‑to‑end A/R overdue collection process, ensuring all outstanding invoices are pursued and resolved within the agreed timelines.
- Conduct daily monitoring of overdue accounts, prioritizing cases based on risk exposure and repayment potential.
- Initiate and maintain regular contact with borrowers via phone, email, and in‑person visits to negotiate payment plans and resolve disputes.
- Prepare and submit accurate collection reports to senior management, highlighting trends, challenges, and recommended actions.
- Collaborate with the credit analysis team to verify borrower information and assess the feasibility of restructuring proposals.
- Maintain comprehensive records of all collection activities, agreements, and communications in the company’s CRM system.
- Support the development and implementation of improved collection strategies, leveraging data analytics and market best practices.
- Adhere to all regulatory and internal compliance requirements related to debt recovery and consumer protection.
- Participate in weekly team meetings, providing insights on collection performance and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Assist in training new team members on collection procedures, negotiation techniques, and system usage.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 (all majors) – fresh graduates are welcome.
- Male candidates, age not exceeding 30 years.
- At least 1 year of experience in credit monitoring, loan processing, or debt collection (experience in the multifinance sector is a plus).
- Strong understanding of multifinance business processes and a results‑oriented mindset.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with proven negotiation abilities.
- High level of integrity, perseverance, attention to detail, and honesty.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM or ERP systems used for credit management.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
- Flexibility to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 16:00, at the Adira Karawang office.
