Responsibilities
- Assist in daily field operations, including setup, maintenance, and teardown of equipment and workstations.
- Prepare and serve meals for crew members, adhering to food safety standards and dietary requirements.
- Transport tools, supplies, and personnel to various job sites using a personal vehicle, ensuring timely arrivals.
- Collaborate closely with supervisors and fellow crew members to coordinate tasks, share information, and solve on‑site challenges.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, performing regular housekeeping duties to prevent hazards.
- Interact respectfully with on‑site animals, particularly cats, ensuring they are not stressed or harmed during operations.
- Document daily activities, report any incidents, and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
- Participate in routine safety briefings, comply with all company policies, and promote a culture of honesty and integrity.
- Support inventory management by tracking consumables, reporting low stock, and assisting with restocking procedures.
- Adapt to flexible schedules, working Monday through Saturday from 08:00 to 17:00, and occasionally covering additional shifts as needed.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Age: Must be 30 years old or younger.
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- Experience: At least one (1) year of relevant field or service‑oriented experience, preferably with a background in food preparation.
- Key Skills:
- Comfortable around cats and other small animals; no fear or allergic reactions.
- Proven cooking experience with the ability to follow recipes and maintain hygiene standards.
- Strong teamwork orientation – able to collaborate, communicate, and support peers.
- High level of honesty, reliability, and a clean personal record.
- Ownership of a reliable personal vehicle with valid driver’s license.
- Basic understanding of store management systems or inventory tools.
- Soft Skills:
- Excellent interpersonal communication.
- Problem‑solving mindset and ability to think quickly under pressure.
- Attention to detail, especially in food safety and workplace cleanliness.
