Responsibilities
- Identify, research, and acquire new corporate clients through direct marketing tactics such as on‑site visits, canvassing, and professional networking events.
- Develop and deliver compelling presentations that showcase the company’s service portfolio, tailoring messaging to address each prospect’s unique business challenges.
- Establish and nurture strong relationships with decision‑makers, ensuring consistent follow‑up and communication throughout the sales cycle until partnership agreements are finalized.
- Own the achievement of quarterly and annual client acquisition targets set by senior management, tracking progress against KPIs and adjusting strategies as needed.
- Produce detailed daily and weekly activity reports, including prospect outreach, meeting outcomes, pipeline status, and forecasted revenue.
- Maintain and continuously update the prospect database, ensuring data accuracy, segmentation, and readiness for targeted campaigns.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams—such as product development, creative, and customer success—to align marketing initiatives with product enhancements and client feedback.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to inform strategic positioning and identify new growth opportunities.
- Participate in internal brainstorming sessions, contributing fresh ideas for brand campaigns, thought‑leadership content, and digital outreach programs.
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of proven experience in B2B marketing, sales, or client acquisition, preferably within a service‑oriented industry.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English, with the ability to present confidently to senior executives.
- Demonstrated expertise in negotiation, persuasive storytelling, and closing deals.
- High level of adaptability, quick learning ability, and comfort working in a fast‑paced, results‑driven environment.
- Proficiency with CRM tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and basic data analysis techniques.
