Introduction
Adira Finance is seeking a proactive and detail‑oriented Remedial Officer (Collection) to join our team in Purwodadi, Jawa Tengah. This role is pivotal in safeguarding the company’s cash flow by ensuring that overdue receivables are collected efficiently and in accordance with our rigorous compliance standards. The successful candidate will work closely with internal credit teams, external partners, and customers to resolve delinquent accounts while maintaining the high level of professionalism and integrity that defines Adira Finance.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage the portfolio of A/R overdue accounts on a daily basis, ensuring timely follow‑up and escalation where necessary.
- Initiate contact with borrowers through phone calls, emails, and written correspondence to negotiate repayment plans and resolve disputes.
- Prepare and maintain accurate collection reports, performance dashboards, and aging analyses for senior management review.
- Collaborate with the credit underwriting and risk assessment teams to understand the underlying reasons for delinquency and to recommend corrective actions.
- Coordinate with legal and external recovery agencies when accounts reach advanced stages of delinquency, ensuring all actions comply with Indonesian financial regulations.
- Conduct field visits, when required, to assess borrower’s repayment capacity and to negotiate on‑site settlements.
- Assist in the development and refinement of collection policies, procedures, and best‑practice guidelines.
- Maintain meticulous records of all collection activities, documenting outcomes and updating the CRM system in real time.
- Provide training and mentorship to junior staff on effective negotiation techniques and customer service excellence.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 (or S1) in any field; fresh graduates are welcome.
- At least 1 year of experience in credit monitoring, debt collection, or a related financial services role (experience in multifinance is a strong advantage).
- Maximum age: 30 years.
- Male candidates only, as per the current posting requirements.
- Strong understanding of multifinance business processes and a results‑driven mindset.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with proven negotiation ability.
- High level of integrity, perseverance, attention to detail, and honesty.
- Proficiency in credit monitoring tools, collection software, and Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
- Willingness to be placed at the Adira Finance office that aligns with the candidate’s domicile.
- Work schedule: Monday‑Saturday, 08:00 – 16:00.
