Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Relationship Officer to join our growing team in the Ketapang area of the Jabodetabek Selatan region. This role is pivotal in strengthening our connections with both existing and prospective customers, driving sales, and ensuring smooth credit application processes. Responsibilities
- Promote and sell the company’s portfolio of financing products to existing clients and new prospects, tailoring solutions to meet their specific needs.
- Generate orders through various distribution channels, including dealers, retail partners, and direct outreach.
- Collect and verify initial customer data, ensuring all required documentation is complete and accurate for credit applications.
- Maintain close communication with customers throughout the credit approval process, providing timely updates on status and decisions.
- Coordinate with internal underwriting and risk teams to monitor application progress and resolve any issues that arise.
- Notify dealers and customers of credit decisions, explaining terms, conditions, and any next steps.
- Inform customers of payment schedules, due dates, and payment locations, and answer any related queries.
- Conduct post‑sale follow‑up to ensure customer satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling or cross‑selling.
- Track market trends and competitor offerings to provide insights that help refine product positioning and marketing strategies.
- Maintain a personal vehicle and an active SIM C to facilitate field visits, client meetings, and on‑site documentation collection.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 in any relevant field.
- Age: Up to 29 years old.
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- At least 0 years of professional experience; prior experience in sales or marketing is a strong advantage.
- Possession of a personal vehicle and a valid, active SIM C.
- Solid understanding of multifinance business processes, including credit evaluation and risk assessment.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Proficiency with communication tools (phone, email, messaging apps) and basic marketing tools.
- Strong adaptability and quick learning abilities to keep up with evolving product offerings and regulatory changes.
- High level of organization, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple customer cases simultaneously.
