Responsibilities
- Develop a deep understanding of the company’s heavy‑equipment product line, including specifications, applications, and competitive advantages.
- Identify and qualify high‑potential prospects through market research, networking events, and cold outreach.
- Maintain and nurture relationships with existing clients, ensuring repeat business and upselling opportunities.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations, clearly articulating technical features and business benefits to decision‑makers.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts while safeguarding profit margins and adhering to corporate policies.
- Prepare and submit accurate daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports, forecasting pipeline health and highlighting key performance indicators.
- Collaborate closely with the after‑sales service team to guarantee seamless handover and customer satisfaction.
- Travel within Palembang and to surrounding regions as required to meet clients, attend trade shows, and support field activities.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay current with industry trends, product updates, and sales techniques.
Requirements
- Female candidates aged 20‑30 years, residing in Palembang.
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of proven experience in sales, preferably within heavy equipment, construction, or related industrial sectors.
- Strong customer‑service orientation with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to convey complex technical information in simple terms.
- Professional appearance, non‑hijab, and ability to represent the brand with confidence.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic CRM tools.
- Key soft skills: negotiation, problem‑solving, time management, and teamwork.
- Willingness to travel frequently, both intra‑city and inter‑city, to support sales activities.
