We are seeking a dedicated Layanan Kebersihan (Cleaning Service) professional to join our team in Sukoharjo. Responsibilities
- Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of all assigned areas, including offices, corridors, restrooms, and common spaces.
- Perform routine sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming to meet the highest standards of hygiene.
- Collect, sort, and dispose of waste according to local regulations, ensuring proper segregation of recyclables.
- Monitor supply levels of cleaning materials and report replenishment needs to the supervisor.
- Inspect facilities daily for any signs of damage, pest activity, or safety hazards and promptly communicate findings.
- Assist in the setup and breakdown of meeting rooms, ensuring surfaces are sanitized before and after use.
- Support special cleaning projects such as deep‑cleaning carpets, windows, and high‑traffic zones on a scheduled basis.
- Follow all health and safety protocols, including the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and safe handling of cleaning chemicals.
- Collaborate with other maintenance staff to coordinate cleaning schedules that minimize disruption to daily operations.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Age: Must be 35 years old or younger.
- Gender: Male applicants only.
- Experience: No prior experience required, though previous cleaning or facilities work is considered a strong advantage.
- Key Skills: Ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness, attention to detail, reliable work ethic, and basic knowledge of cleaning tools and chemicals.
- Physical Ability: Capable of performing manual tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Professionalism: Punctuality, good communication skills, and a courteous attitude toward coworkers and visitors.
