Introduction
We are seeking a dedicated Dokter Umum with extensive clinical experience to join our multidisciplinary healthcare team. This full‑time position is based in a modern outpatient clinic that serves a diverse patient population, including expectant mothers requiring obstetric ultrasound monitoring. The ideal candidate is a compassionate female physician who holds a current Medical Practice License (STR) and, preferably, a certified POGI ultrasound training or equivalent hands‑on experience. The role offers a dynamic work environment with a Monday‑Saturday schedule, providing ample opportunity to make a meaningful impact on community health.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive general medical examinations, diagnose common ailments, and develop appropriate treatment plans.
- Perform basic obstetric ultrasound (ANC) examinations to assess maternal health and fetal development, ensuring timely detection of any complications.
- Maintain accurate and complete electronic medical records (EMR) for each patient, documenting findings, procedures, and follow‑up recommendations.
- Provide patient education on preventive health measures, prenatal care, and postpartum support, fostering a service‑oriented experience.
- Collaborate with nurses, midwives, and specialist physicians to coordinate multidisciplinary care pathways.
- Participate in regular clinical audits and quality improvement initiatives to uphold high standards of patient safety.
- Adhere to all regulatory requirements, including the renewal of STR and the acquisition of a valid Practice Permit (SIP) as needed.
- Engage in continuous professional development through workshops, conferences, and peer‑review sessions.
Requirements
- Female physician (gender requirement based on clinic policy).
- Graduated from a recognized medical school with a professional Doctor of General Medicine (Dokter Umum) qualification.
- Active STR (Surat Tanda Registrasi) and willingness to obtain a SIP (Surat Izin Praktek) if not already held.
- Certified POGI ultrasound training or demonstrable experience in obstetric ultrasound scanning.
- Strong interpersonal skills: friendly, communicative, and highly service‑oriented.
- Proficiency in using electronic health record (EHR) systems for accurate data entry and retrieval.
- Ability to work efficiently within the scheduled hours of 08:00 – 17:00, Monday through Saturday.
