We are seeking a dynamic Retail Executive – Offline & Online to join our team at our Raya Dharmo Permai III location. Responsibilities
- Manage day‑to‑day operations of the Surabaya retail outlet, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere and consistent brand presentation.
- Drive sales targets by actively promoting AWI COFFEE products, upselling, and cross‑selling to both walk‑in customers and online shoppers.
- Oversee the online store platform, processing orders, coordinating delivery logistics, and handling customer inquiries via chat, email, and social media.
- Maintain accurate inventory records, conduct regular stock takes, and collaborate with the warehouse to replenish popular items promptly.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports, analyzing performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Coordinate promotional activities, in‑store tastings, and special events that showcase new coffee blends and seasonal offerings.
- Provide exceptional customer service, resolving complaints swiftly and turning challenges into positive experiences.
- Train and mentor junior staff, fostering a collaborative team environment built on trust, honesty, and attention to detail.
- Utilize computer applications (POS, Excel, CRM) efficiently to streamline operations and support data‑driven decision‑making.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food‑handling standards, keeping the store clean and organized at all times.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) preferred; alternatively, a high school diploma (SMA) with at least 5 years of relevant retail experience.
- Age: 35 years old or younger.
- Gender: Male (as specified by the client).
- Valid Indonesian driver’s license (SIM C).
- Proven communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage customers professionally.
- Strong computer literacy, including proficiency with POS systems, Microsoft Office, and basic e‑commerce tools.
- Demonstrated honesty, meticulous attention to detail, and a collaborative mindset.
- Marketing and sales administration competencies, including experience with promotional planning and inventory control.
- Ability to work flexible hours, Monday through Sunday, from 09:00 to 18:00.
