Responsibilities
- Design, deliver, and continuously improve undergraduate accounting courses, including Financial Accounting, Management Accounting, Auditing, and Taxation.
- Prepare comprehensive lecture materials, case studies, and practical exercises that align with national accreditation standards.
- Assess student performance through assignments, quizzes, mid‑term and final examinations, and provide constructive feedback to foster academic growth.
- Mentor and advise students on academic pathways, career options, and professional certifications such as CPA or CA.
- Participate in departmental meetings, curriculum review committees, and interdisciplinary projects that enhance the overall educational experience.
- Engage in scholarly activities, including research publications, conference presentations, and collaboration with industry partners.
- Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of accounting standards, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies in the finance sector.
- Support accreditation processes and contribute to the development of quality assurance documentation.
- Organize and supervise student internships, practicums, and community service projects related to accounting practice.

Requirements
- Minimum educational qualification: S2 in Accounting (or equivalent).
- Underlying bachelor’s degree (S1) in Accounting is mandatory.
- Professional certification such as Chartered Accountant (CA) or Certified Public Accountant (CPA) is a strong plus.
- Willingness to serve as a permanent, home‑based lecturer at Politeknik Tiara Bunda.
- Teaching experience is advantageous, but fresh graduates with strong academic records are encouraged to apply.
- Minimum high school (SMA/SMK) or equivalent education for basic eligibility.
