Responsibilities
- Monitor the daily operations of the food and beverage stand, ensuring that all products are displayed attractively and stocked appropriately.
- Prepare, serve, and sell a variety of food and drink items according to company recipes and hygiene standards.
- Maintain cleanliness of the work area, including regular sanitization of surfaces, equipment, and utensils to comply with health regulations.
- Handle cash transactions, process electronic payments, and accurately record daily sales reports.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries, provide menu guidance, and resolve any service issues with professionalism.
- Collaborate with team members to coordinate shift handovers, stock replenishment, and special promotional events.
- Conduct routine inventory checks, report low stock levels, and assist in ordering supplies when needed.
- Adhere to safety protocols, including proper food handling, storage temperature controls, and emergency procedures.
- Work efficiently under high‑traffic periods, maintaining composure and delivering consistent service quality.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on new menu items, equipment usage, and customer service techniques.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Age: Up to 35 years old (flexible based on experience).
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- Experience: Prior experience in food service, retail, or a similar customer‑facing role is preferred.
- Key Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Strong sense of honesty, responsibility, and reliability.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Proven capability to perform effectively under pressure.
- Basic knowledge of a store management system (Sistem Manajemen Toko) is advantageous.
- Availability: Full‑time, Monday to Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
