Introduction
We are seeking a diligent Petugas Kebersihan dan Pemeliharaan Gedung (Building Cleaning and Maintenance Officer) to join our growing team. This full‑time position plays a vital role in maintaining a safe, hygienic, and welcoming environment for staff, patients, and visitors across all of our facilities. The successful candidate will be responsible for daily cleaning, routine maintenance, and ensuring that all areas meet the highest standards of cleanliness and safety.
Responsibilities
- Perform daily cleaning of offices, corridors, restrooms, and common areas using approved disinfectants and equipment.
- Maintain floor surfaces (sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, polishing) and ensure carpets are free of stains and debris.
- Monitor and replenish hygiene supplies such as soap, paper towels, and sanitary bins.
- Conduct periodic deep‑cleaning tasks, including window washing, wall wiping, and upholstery care.
- Identify and report any maintenance issues (leaking pipes, faulty lighting, broken furniture) to the facilities manager.
- Assist with minor repairs and routine upkeep, such as changing light bulbs, tightening loose fixtures, and minor carpentry work.
- Follow strict infection‑control protocols, especially in clinical or hospital settings, to prevent cross‑contamination.
- Work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required by operational needs.
- Travel to satellite branches when needed, ensuring consistent cleaning standards across all locations.
- Maintain accurate logs of cleaning activities, supplies used, and any incidents that occur during the shift.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of proven experience in cleaning services; experience in clinics or hospitals is a strong advantage.
- Male candidates only (as specified by the employer).
- Physically fit and mentally resilient to handle demanding cleaning tasks.
- Honest, disciplined, and highly responsible with a strong work ethic.
- Well‑groomed appearance and professional demeanor.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Willingness to work shift patterns and travel to multiple sites when required.
- Good communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; basic English is a plus.
- Knowledge of cleaning standards, proper use of chemicals, and personal protective equipment (PPE).
