Introduction
We are seeking a dedicated Sahabat Kolektor – Penagihan & Pelayanan Pelanggan to join our growing team in Kediri. This role is the front‑line bridge between our members and the institution, ensuring timely collection of dues, accurate maintenance of savings and financing accounts, and delivering exceptional, Sharia‑compliant customer service. The successful candidate will work in a collaborative environment that values integrity, professionalism, and a deep commitment to the principles of the Islamic economy.
Responsibilities
- Perform regular maintenance of member savings and financing data, ensuring all records are up‑to‑date and compliant with internal audit standards.
- Conduct systematic collection activities, including phone calls, visits, and digital reminders, while respecting the cultural and religious sensitivities of our members.
- Provide first‑level customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and guiding members through product features and repayment options.
- Coordinate with the credit and risk departments to flag delinquent accounts, propose restructuring solutions, and support the recovery process.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on collection performance, member satisfaction, and any irregularities identified during field visits.
- Ensure strict adherence to Sharia principles in all financial interactions, collaborating with the Sharia compliance team when needed.
- Participate in community outreach programs to educate potential and existing members about the benefits of Islamic finance.
- Maintain a professional appearance and conduct during field visits, representing the organization’s brand and values.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 from any discipline; a background in finance, economics, or business is advantageous.
- Age: maximum 27 years at the time of application.
- Gender: open to all genders; candidates must be Muslim (Male) or Muslimah (Female) in accordance with the company’s cultural policy.
- Residence: must be domiciled in Kediri or surrounding areas to enable effective field work.
- Strong commitment to the principles of the Islamic economy and willingness to uphold Sharia‑compliant practices.
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia, both spoken and written.
- Basic proficiency in financial management tools, spreadsheets, and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
- High level of integrity, punctuality, and the ability to work independently as well as within a team.
