Introduction
Adira Finance, a leading multifinance institution in Indonesia, is seeking a dedicated Remedial Officer – Collection to join its team in Jepara, Jawa Tengah. This role is pivotal in ensuring the timely recovery of overdue accounts receivable (A/R) while upholding the highest standards of integrity and customer service. The successful candidate will work closely with internal stakeholders and external clients to protect the company’s cash flow and support its growth objectives.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full cycle of overdue collections, ensuring all A/R obligations are addressed promptly and efficiently.
- Conduct daily monitoring of credit accounts, identifying high‑risk portfolios and escalating issues as needed.
- Initiate contact with delinquent borrowers via phone, email, and face‑to‑face meetings to negotiate repayment plans that align with company policies.
- Prepare and present regular collection reports, highlighting trends, success rates, and areas requiring corrective action.
- Collaborate with the credit underwriting team to verify the accuracy of credit data and support risk assessment processes.
- Maintain detailed documentation of all collection activities in the company’s CRM system, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
- Participate in cross‑functional meetings to improve collection strategies, share best practices, and drive continuous improvement.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior collection staff, fostering a collaborative and high‑performance environment.
- Adhere to the company’s ethical standards, demonstrating honesty, diligence, and professionalism in every interaction.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 (associate) or S1 (bachelor) in any discipline; recent graduates are welcome.
- Maximum age: 30 years.
- At least 1 year of experience in collections, credit monitoring, or a related financial role (experience is a strong advantage but not mandatory).
- Strong understanding of multifinance business processes and a results‑oriented mindset.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with proven negotiation ability.
- High level of integrity, resilience, meticulous attention to detail, and honesty.
- Proficiency in using credit management software, MS Office, and basic data analysis tools.
- Willingness to work at the Adira Finance office in Jepara, in accordance with the candidate’s domicile.
- Availability to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00‑16:00.
