Introduction
We are seeking a motivated and detail‑oriented Administrator Operasional dan Administrasi Umum to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily office operations, ensuring all administrative processes run smoothly and efficiently.
- Manage and maintain physical and digital filing systems, including employee records, contracts, and legal documents.
- Prepare, proofread, and distribute internal communications, meeting minutes, and reports for senior management.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and visitor inquiries with professionalism and a courteous attitude.
- Assist in the planning and execution of company events, trainings, and staff meetings.
- Monitor inventory of office supplies, place orders, and oversee the distribution of resources to various departments.
- Support payroll processing by collecting timesheets, verifying attendance, and coordinating with the finance team.
- Maintain compliance with company policies and government regulations by updating necessary documentation such as KTP and KK copies.
- Provide timely assistance to other departments during peak periods, demonstrating flexibility and teamwork.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements, propose solutions, and assist in implementing new administrative procedures.
Requirements
- Gender: Female (per company policy).
- Education: Minimum SMA/SMK or equivalent qualification.
- Age: Not exceeding 45 years.
- Work Experience: Prior experience in a similar administrative or operational role is preferred.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities; able to interact effectively with internal teams and external partners.
- Integrity: High level of honesty, reliability, and accountability.
- Teamwork: Proven ability to collaborate within a team as well as work independently.
- Stress Management: Comfortable working under pressure and meeting tight deadlines.
- Documentation: Ability to provide clear photocopies of KTP (Identity Card) and KK (Family Card) upon request.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with basic office management software.
