Responsibilities
- Conduct door‑to‑door visits, attend local events, and utilize other face‑to‑face channels to introduce and demonstrate ION Broadband products.
- Identify and qualify new prospects, building a pipeline of potential customers through proactive outreach.
- Develop and maintain strong, long‑term relationships with existing customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Explain product features, pricing plans, and promotional offers clearly and persuasively.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales to achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly targets.
- Collect and report market feedback, competitor activities, and customer preferences to help refine sales strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and follow‑up actions using the company’s CRM system.
- Coordinate with the logistics and technical support teams to ensure smooth installation and activation for new customers.
- Participate in regular training sessions and sales meetings to continuously improve product knowledge and selling techniques.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMP/MTS or equivalent.
