Introduction

JABEKA is seeking a motivated and results‑driven Account Executive – WiFi to join our growing sales team. This role focuses on expanding our residential and small‑business internet footprint through direct, door‑to‑door engagements. The ideal candidate is a persuasive communicator who thrives in a target‑oriented environment and enjoys building lasting relationships with customers.

Working hours are from 07:00 to 18:00, Monday through Friday, with a flexible schedule that may include weekends during peak promotional periods. The position requires placement in a designated sales territory, which will be disclosed during the interview process.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct door‑to‑door sales of JABEKA’s internet and WiFi services, generating new leads and converting prospects into active subscribers.
  • Clearly present product features, pricing packages, promotional offers, and the tangible benefits of high‑speed WiFi connectivity to diverse customer segments.
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential customers using a structured sales approach, including prospecting, qualification, presentation, handling objections, and closing.
  • Build rapport and trust with homeowners and small‑business owners, ensuring a positive brand experience that encourages referrals and repeat business.
  • Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management team.
  • Collaborate with the technical support and installation teams to ensure smooth service activation and customer satisfaction.
  • Provide accurate daily and weekly sales reports, including activity logs, pipeline status, and performance metrics.
  • Stay up‑to‑date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to position JABEKA’s solutions effectively.
  • Participate in regular training sessions and sales meetings to continuously improve product knowledge and sales techniques.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; all study fields accepted.
  • Age range: 18‑35 years (candidates up to 45 years will be considered based on experience).
  • Gender: Open to all genders.
  • At least 6 months to 1 year of proven sales experience in the Internet Service Provider (ISP) sector, preferably selling WiFi or broadband services.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to persuade and negotiate effectively.
  • Strong analytical mindset for sales forecasting, pipeline management, and performance tracking.
  • Demonstrated ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and achieve sales quotas.
  • Willingness to be stationed in the assigned territory and travel within that area daily.
  • Proficiency with basic sales tools such as mobile CRM apps, spreadsheets, and presentation software.
