Introduction
We are seeking a reliable and energetic Staff Gudang to join our logistics team in the bustling Central Jakarta (Jakarta Pusat) area. This role is pivotal in ensuring that goods move smoothly through our warehouse, from receipt to dispatch, supporting a wide range of clients across retail, manufacturing, and e‑commerce sectors. Responsibilities
- Accurately pack outbound orders, selecting appropriate packaging materials to protect items during transit.
- Receive incoming shipments, unload and verify quantities against purchase orders.
- Perform regular stock counts and reconcile physical inventory with the warehouse management system.
- Generate and maintain goods receipt and issue notes, ensuring all documentation is complete and error‑free.
- Log every inbound and outbound movement in the inventory ledger, supporting traceability and audit requirements.
- Coordinate with the procurement and sales departments to prioritize high‑value or time‑sensitive items.
- Identify and report any discrepancies, damages, or safety hazards to the Warehouse Supervisor.
- Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment in compliance with OSHA and local regulations.
- Participate in periodic inventory audits and cycle counts to improve accuracy.
- Support the implementation of continuous‑improvement initiatives, such as layout optimization and process standardization.
Working hours are Monday to Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00, with a one‑hour lunch break.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age: maximum 28 years at the time of application.
- Gender: All genders welcome.
- At least 1 year of warehouse or logistics experience, preferably in a high‑volume setting.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Excel, warehouse management software).
- Strong logistics management skills, including inventory control and documentation.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive attitude toward problem‑solving.
- Physical ability to lift and move items up to 25 kg safely.
