Introduction

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Officer – Mobile Channeling to join our team in the Agam area. This position focuses on promoting and selling Adira’s financing products through mobile channels, ensuring customers receive tailored solutions that meet their financial needs. The successful candidate will work closely with the Sales Head, dealers, and customers to drive sales performance, uphold compliance standards, and maintain strong dealer relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Execute the sales process in accordance with company policies, achieving monthly and quarterly targets set by the Sales Head.
  • Clearly explain and recommend Adira financing products, aligning features and benefits with each consumer’s unique requirements.
  • Prepare and process consumer credit applications, verifying the completeness and authenticity of all required documentation and entering initial data accurately into the system.
  • Conduct on‑site surveys of potential borrowers when necessary, recording detailed findings in the application system while adhering to internal guidelines.
  • Monitor the progress of credit applications, communicate decisions promptly, and provide dealers and customers with essential information regarding credit agreements.
  • Maintain proactive engagement with dealers, nurturing relationships, handling order cancellations professionally, and supporting dealer‑initiated sales initiatives.
  • Collaborate with the underwriting team to resolve any documentation discrepancies and expedite approval cycles.
  • Provide feedback to product development and marketing teams based on frontline customer interactions and market trends.
  • Participate in regular training sessions, sales meetings, and performance reviews to continuously improve product knowledge and sales techniques.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: D3/D4 (any major) with a GPA of at least 2.5.
  • Age: maximum 29 years.
  • Gender: open to all.
  • At least 1 year of experience in sales, preferably within automotive financing or consumer credit.
  • Valid driver’s license (SIM C) for local travel to dealers and customers.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to present complex financial products in an easy‑to‑understand manner.
  • Proficiency in basic accounting and management principles (e.g., budgeting, reporting).
  • High level of integrity and attention to detail when handling confidential customer information.
  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Computer literacy: comfortable using CRM, credit application platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite.
