Responsibilities
- Prepare and fry menu items according to Kentucky’s standard recipes, ensuring consistency in taste and presentation.
- Maintain a clean and organized work station, adhering to food safety and hygiene regulations at all times.
- Assist with inventory checks, stock replenishment, and proper storage of raw materials and finished products.
- Handle cash transactions and operate the point‑of‑sale (POS) system accurately.
- Provide friendly and prompt service to customers, addressing inquiries and resolving minor complaints with professionalism.
- Collaborate closely with team members to manage peak‑hour traffic and ensure smooth workflow.
- Participate in regular training sessions to improve cooking techniques, product knowledge, and customer service skills.
- Monitor equipment functionality, report any maintenance issues, and assist in basic equipment cleaning.
- Ensure that all promotional materials and signage are displayed correctly and remain up‑to‑date.
- Comply with company policies regarding uniform, punctuality, and conduct.
Requirements
- Male candidates, maximum age 40 years.
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Willingness to learn and master deep‑frying techniques; prior experience is not mandatory.
- Honest, reliable, and able to work effectively within a team.
- Residence close to the outlet in Tuban for easy commute.
- Own personal vehicle or reliable transportation to reach the workplace.
- Basic understanding of store management systems and POS operation is a plus.
- Strong communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and the ability to interact courteously with customers.
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift moderate weights during peak hours.
