Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive bedside nursing care to patients of various ages and medical conditions, ensuring adherence to clinical protocols and patient safety standards.
- Conduct patient assessments, monitor vital signs, administer medications, and document all interventions accurately in electronic medical records.
- Collaborate closely with physicians, therapists, and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Educate patients and their families on treatment procedures, medication regimens, post‑discharge care, and preventive health measures.
- Assist in the coordination of admissions, transfers, and discharges, ensuring smooth transitions and continuity of care.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, infection control programs, and regular audits to uphold the highest standards of clinical excellence.
- Respond promptly to emergency situations, perform basic life support, and assist in advanced resuscitation efforts as required.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe patient care environment, adhering to hospital infection control policies.
- Mentor junior nursing staff and fresh graduates, fostering a culture of continuous learning and teamwork.
- Work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to ensure 24‑hour coverage.
Requirements
- Female, practicing Islam.
- Minimum education: D3 or S1 in Nursing (Ners) with an active STR (Surat Tanda Registrasi) and willingness to obtain a SIP (Surat Izin Praktek) if not already held.
- At least 1 year of clinical nursing experience; fresh graduates are also welcome to apply.
- Strong ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent teamwork skills, honesty, meticulous attention to detail, and a high sense of responsibility.
- Proficient in patient care techniques, health management, and basic medical documentation.
- Willingness to work on a shift basis (Monday – Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00).
