We are expanding our retail promotion team and are looking for a dynamic Promotor Penjualan Produk Konsumen to join our fast‑growing operations at our flagship outlet, Toko Gemilang Palangkaraya, located in Palangka Raya, Central Kalimantan.

Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets by actively promoting consumer products to shoppers.
- Conduct daily inventory opname, ensuring all stock levels are accurately recorded and discrepancies are resolved promptly.
- Maintain optimal product availability on the sales floor, coordinating with the warehouse and logistics teams to prevent stock‑outs.
- Engage customers with persuasive selling techniques, product demonstrations, and knowledgeable answers to inquiries.
- Develop and execute on‑site promotional activities, such as sampling, contests, and visual merchandising, to boost foot traffic.
- Prepare regular sales reports, market feedback, and competitor analysis to help the management refine strategies.
- Collaborate closely with fellow promoters, store managers, and the marketing department to ensure a consistent brand experience.
- Identify emerging market trends and customer preferences, providing actionable insights to product development teams.
- Uphold the store’s visual standards, ensuring shelves, displays, and promotional signage are tidy and attractive.
- Adhere to all company policies, safety regulations, and ethical standards while representing the brand.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age: 35 years or younger.
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- Minimum of 1 year experience in sales, retail promotion, or a related field.
- Height: At least 158 cm.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build rapport quickly.
- Proven selling ability with a track record of meeting or surpassing targets.
- Analytical mindset – comfortable performing competitor analysis, sales analytics, and retail performance reviews.
- High level of accuracy for inventory management and data entry.
- Flexibility to work in a dynamic environment, adapt to changing priorities, and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Willingness to be stationed at Toko Gemilang Palangkaraya, Jl. RTA Milono, Menteng, Kec. Jekan Raya, Kota Palangka Raya, Kalimantan Tengah 74874.
- Availability to work the standard schedule of 08:00 – 17:00, with occasional adjustments based on promotional events.
