Introduction
We are seeking a dedicated Shift Leader – Tim Operasional Produksi to join our dynamic production team. This pivotal role ensures that daily manufacturing operations run smoothly, safely, and efficiently while maintaining the highest standards of quality. The ideal candidate is a proactive leader with at least two years of hands‑on experience in production environments, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive under pressure.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate all activities of the production shift, ensuring that targets for output, quality, and safety are consistently met.
- Monitor workstation performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions to improve workflow.
- Conduct briefings at the start of each shift to communicate goals, safety protocols, and any special instructions.
- Allocate tasks to team members based on skill sets, ensuring balanced workloads and optimal use of resources.
- Maintain accurate production logs, record deviations, and generate shift reports for senior management.
- Enforce compliance with company policies, SOPs, and industry regulations, especially those related to food and beverage handling.
- Coach and mentor junior staff, fostering a collaborative environment and encouraging continuous improvement.
- Perform routine equipment checks, troubleshoot minor malfunctions, and coordinate maintenance requests when needed.
- Manage inventory of raw materials and finished goods for the shift, coordinating with the logistics team to prevent stockouts.
- Ensure a clean and organized work area, adhering to hygiene standards and promoting a safe workplace culture.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age: Open to all candidates; no upper age limit.

- At least 1‑2 years of proven experience in production or manufacturing, preferably in food and beverage operations.
- Strong communication skills; ability to convey instructions clearly and listen actively.
