We are seeking a passionate Tenaga Pengajar Teknologi Informasi (IT) untuk Kelas Menengah to join our dynamic team at DIGIKIDZ. Whether you are looking for a full‑time, part‑time, or internship position, you will play a critical part in delivering high‑quality coding, game development, digital art, and robotics education to middle‑school learners.
Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging lessons in coding, game development, animation, graphic design, 3D modelling, and website development following the DIGIKIDZ curriculum.
- Design and adapt instructional materials to suit diverse learning styles and skill levels.
- Monitor student progress through regular assessments, provide constructive feedback, and create personalized improvement plans.
- Maintain accurate teaching records, attendance logs, and performance reports.
- Collaborate with fellow coaches to develop interdisciplinary projects that integrate robotics and digital art.
- Participate in curriculum review meetings to ensure content stays current with industry trends.
- Organize extracurricular coding clubs, hackathons, and showcase events that encourage creativity and teamwork.
- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding student achievements and areas for growth.
Requirements
- Minimum education: S1 (Bachelor’s degree) in Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (D3 is also acceptable).
- Age: up to 31 years old.
- At least 1 year of teaching or relevant industry experience in any of the following areas: coding, game development, animation, content creation, graphic design, 3D modelling, or web development.
- Strong communication skills in English (both spoken and written).
- Demonstrated enthusiasm for working with children and the ability to create a supportive, fun learning environment.
- Proficiency with common development tools and platforms (e.g., Unity, Scratch, Python, Adobe Creative Suite, Blender, HTML/CSS/JavaScript).
- Flexibility to work Monday through Saturday, 09:00–18:00, with options for full‑time, part‑time, or internship schedules.
