Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve customer orders accurately, following the company’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for food safety and presentation.
- Greet guests warmly, address their inquiries, and ensure a pleasant dining experience that fosters repeat business.
- Maintain consistent quality of all menu items, monitoring temperature, portion size, and visual appeal.
- Keep the outlet clean and organized at all times, including dining areas, service counters, and back‑of‑house stations.
- Perform regular inventory checks, report low stock, and assist with restocking supplies as needed.
- Adhere to health, safety, and hygiene regulations, completing daily cleaning checklists and deep‑clean cycles.
- Collaborate with fellow crew members and supervisors to ensure smooth shift transitions and efficient service flow.
- Participate in ongoing training sessions to improve product knowledge, customer service techniques, and operational efficiency.
- Handle cash transactions and operate point‑of‑sale (POS) systems with accuracy and integrity.
- Respond promptly to customer feedback, resolve minor issues on the spot, and escalate more complex concerns to management.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Open to all genders; no age limit.
- Professional appearance – clean, neat, and well‑groomed.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Demonstrated honesty, discipline, and responsibility.
- Good physical health and stamina to handle standing, lifting, and repetitive tasks.
- Willingness to work rotating shifts, including weekends (Monday‑Saturday, 08:00‑16:00).
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage quality control and service techniques is a plus.
- Ability to work effectively in a team‑oriented environment.
